are final, nonrefundable, and nonreturnable. Online Courses expire after one year from the date of purchase or 60 to 90 days from date of launch/course completion, depending on which course is purchased.

If you can not make it to the chosen date and time for classroom training, online training or exams; you can reschedule them. There are no rescheduling fees. Please click here to send us rescheduling request as soon as you know that you can not make it for the class or exam.
